Our journey toward starting this organization began first as a real estate agent. While helping families find their dream homes, a recurring issue was noted. Many homes in under served communities were being passed over because they needed basic repairs and care. Most buyers weren’t willing to invest the time or money to fix up these properties, leaving entire neighborhoods behind. Driven by a desire to make a difference, there was a transition real estate into home renovation. The realization that these communities needed more than just a renovated house. They needed education on upkeep, resources to maintain their homes, and job opportunities to help their economies thrive. This led to the creation of Eleven on Eleventh LLC, an organization dedicated to revitalizing homes and empowering residents while fostering local economic growth.
